Geez, I hope someone is tellin' 'em; that is why they call you "Commander-in-Chief," isn't it? And if it weren't for certain "politicians in Washington," MacArthur would have invaded China; and more recently, the military bureaucracy would have been much more successful in throwing a blanket over such "pecadillos" as Abu Ghraib. . . .
